1. Introduction: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the BizHub online platform: (BizBot on WhatsApp) and (https://bizhub.ky/). These are used to connect customers to service providers within the Cayman Islands and are operated by the BizHub team.
   These terms are subject to change, and you will be notified of these changes.
   BizHub is not a mobile car wash company/provider. BizHub is a platform that facilitates the searching and booking of services like a mobile car wash.
2. Order process: When wanting to book a service like a car wash, customers must get in contact with “Bizzy the Bee” by scanning the BizBot (WhatsApp Bot) QR code or clicking the link which also directs them to the BizBot. The customer must then ask to “find me a wash” to start the booking process. Customers are to share their type of car and location. You will be booked with the next available car wash within a period and this car wash provider will be dispatch to your desired/shared location.
   If there are no available car washers your request will be put in a queue and it will be handled as soon as possible, however, if it remains in the queue for 4 hours or more the request will be canceled.
3. Data Stored by BizHub: By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing with the following data to be stored by the BizHub company:
   • The customer’s phone number for identification purposes.
   • Location (Only while service is taking place) this data will also be shared with the car wash companies/providers.
4. Prices: The prices that are mentioned on the BizHub, BizBot platform are set at a starting point for three different car types, which are:
   • Sedan starting at KYD $30.00
   • SUV starting at KYD $40.00
   • Truck starting at KYD $50.00
   These starting prices include the basic interior and exterior cleaning of the specific car types, any additional service should be communicated with the service provider this may result in a price increase. Location distance and the state of uncleanliness of the vehicle may also result in a price increase.
   
   These prices will be quoted on BizHub’s website. If there is a change of prices you will be notified, and the changes will be displayed on the website as well. All prices are in Cayman Islands Dollars.
5. Payments: All payments must be done in cash and they must be given directly to the service provider (Car Washer) in full. Also, include any additional upgraded charges.
   
   Soon BizHub hopes to move to online payment methods to provide more convenience and speed.
6. Cancellation of booking: customers are not able to cancel their bookings once the mobile car wash provider has been dispatched to their desired location. The car wash companies/providers do have the right to cancel before arriving and before completing the customer’s service request. The BizHub team also has the right to cancel a service request if the provider assigned has not sent any job updates.
7. Limitations and exclusions of liability: BizHub is not liable for any sort of damages made by the service providers during their services that have been booked through our platform. The service provider is fully liable and accountable for any damages made by them.
   
   If the car wash companies/provider need to move the customer’s vehicle and they cause any sort of damage to this vehicle, BizHub is not liable for any damages or theft. The independent car wash companies/providers are fully liable for the vehicle when providing their services.
   
   If the customer authorizes the service provider to relocate the vehicle being served, the customer and the service provider are fully liable for any damages that may take place at the time of service.
8. Assignment: BizHub will be responsible for assigning the car wash companies/providers (Third-party) listed in our platform to the customer.
9. Severability: If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.
10. Law and jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are enforceable within the Cayman Islands law and jurisdictions.

   BizHub is not a mobile car wash company/provider. BizHub is a platform that facilitates the searching and booking of services like a mobile car wash.
2. Order process: The car wash companies/providers must scan the BizBot’s Business QR code and send a message saying “Online” to start receiving service request notifications. Once a customer has booked a service request the car wash companies/providers that are online should receive the service request details such as Type of service, car type, and desired location.
   The car wash company/provider must accept within 8 mins of receiving the service request and notify BizHub and the customer by sending service updates such as arrival to the location, starting of the job, and completion of the service. To stop receiving service request notifications the car wash company/provider must go offline by sending a messaging saying “Offline or Off”.

In the case that a cancelation takes place the customer will be notified and they would have to re-send a service request. Customers do not have the right to cancel their bookings once the mobile car wash company/provider has been dispatched to their desired location.
   In case of a force majeure (natural disaster: hurricane, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc.) was to take place the car wash company/provider has the right to cancel any service request that they have been assigned by the BizHub Team.
6. Limitations and exclusions of liability: BizHub is not liable for any sort of damages made by the service providers during their services that have been booked through our platform. The service provider is fully liable and accountable for any damages made by them.
   If the car wash companies/providers need to move the customer’s vehicle and they cause any sort of damage to this vehicle, BizHub is not liable for any damages or theft. The independent companies/providers are fully liable for the vehicle when providing their services.

7. Assignment: BizHub will be responsible for assigning the car wash companies/providers (Third-party) listed in our platform to the customer. The assignment of service requests will work in a first come first serve method, which means that the company that goes online first will receive the service requests first while they are not already booked.
8. Severability: If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.
9. Third-party rights: The car wash companies/providers which are a part of the BizHub platform have the right to cancel a service request at any time before notifying the customer that they have arrived at the requested location. The companies have a right to drop any job if a personal emergency was to occur, however, this car wash company/provider must notify the BizHub team to find a replacement for the job. The car wash company/provider also has the right to upcharge the customer if the level of uncleanliness of the vehicle is extreme.
   The car wash company/provider assigned to the service request has the right to collect money directly from the customer whom they have serviced. (This will change once online payment methods are put in place)
10. Law and jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are enforceable within the Cayman Islands law and jurisdictions.
